Junior Tennis
Active Academy have a comprehensive junior programme designed for the social plater through to the performance player.
We don't just coach the forehand and backhand, we can offer strength and conditioning training alongside mental drills and nutrition, giving your player a team to help them reach their goals.
Adult Tennis
We are actively encouraging our adults to pick up a racquet and improve their health and fitness.
We offer an adult cardio session and mix in sessions during the week and weekend, and have adults mixed team in the Portsmouth and District League.
